Cancellation Policy – ClubeFashion
This Cancellation Policy sets out the procedures, timeframes, and responsibilities in the event of order cancellations made on the website www.clubefashion.com.
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers can request the cancellation of an order before it has been shipped, provided that the product has not yet been prepared or dispatched.
The cancellation request must be sent via the support ticket available in the customer’s Personal Area or, alternatively, by email to [email protected], indicating the order number.
If the order is still being processed and has not yet been shipped, it will be cancelled and fully refunded.
If the order has already been shipped, the Return Policy applies, following the right of withdrawal (see section 2).
2. Cancellation After Shipment (Right of Withdrawal)
Under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and applicable Portuguese law, customers have the right to cancel their purchase (right of withdrawal) within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without needing to provide a reason.
Conditions for exercising this right:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of incorrect delivery or defective products.
Refund:
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
For items that, due to their nature, cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g. underwear, swimwear without hygiene seal), the right of withdrawal may not apply as provided by law.
3. Cancellation of Orders with Rejected or Unconfirmed Payment
Orders that remain unpaid or for which payment is rejected will be automatically cancelled after 72 hours. Customers may place a new order if the products are still available in stock.
4. Cancellation by ClubeFashion
ClubeFashion reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
Inability to validate payment;
Technical errors in product pricing or descriptions;
Unexpected out-of-stock situations;
Suspected fraud or misuse of the platform.
In such cases, the customer will be notified by email and fully refunded, if applicable.
