Return Policy – ClubeFashion
This Policy sets out the conditions, deadlines and procedures for returns of products purchased on the website www.clubefashion.com.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Europe)
Under Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product(s).
To exercise this right:
Send an email to [email protected] including: Order number and Product(s) to be returned.
The product must be returned in new condition, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging, intact.
Return shipping costs are, as a rule, the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of incorrect shipment or defective product.
Returned products that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for refund.
2. International Returns (USA and South America)
For customers outside the European Union:
The deadline to request a return is up to 14 days after receipt.
Return shipping costs and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility, except in the event of our error.
It is recommended to use tracked shipping to ensure proof of return.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, safety or customisation reasons, we do not accept returns of the following products:
Products with broken protective seals (e.g., perfumes, cosmetics);
Personalised or custom-made products;
Underwear, swimwear or jewellery in direct contact with the skin;
Sale items marked as “final sale” with no return option.
4. Return Process
1. Request the return by email to [email protected], including: Order number and Product(s) to be returned.
2. Receive confirmation by email with shipping instructions.
3. Send the product to the address provided, including the tracking number.
4. After receipt and inspection for compliance in our warehouse, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days.
5. Exchanges
At present, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must return the received product and place a new order on the website for the desired item.
6. Defective Products or Incorrect Shipment
If the received product is damaged or different from what was ordered:
1. Send an email to [email protected] within a maximum of 7 days after delivery, attaching clear photos of the product and packaging.
2. After review, ClubeFashion will cover the return and reshipping costs in case of confirmed defect or shipping error.
7. Refunds
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If payment was made by Multibanco reference, you will be asked to provide your IBAN for a bank transfer.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective product or error on our part.
